DIGITALE KOMPETENZEN IN DER LEHRE

Die Lehrlinge von heute sind die Fachkräfte von morgen! Gerade die Lehre ist und bleibt ein krisensicherer, zukunftssicherer und stets topaktueller Ausbildungsweg für junge Talente in Kärnten. Quer durch alle Branchen können Lehrlinge mit digitalem Know-how punkten und damit die Zukunft der Betriebe sichern.

Die Wirtschaftskammer Kärnten hat daher mit der Fachgruppe UBIT sowie den Sparten Gewerbe/Handwerk und Industrie als Partner den Kärntner Lehrlingshackathon ins Leben gerufen. Das innovative Lernformat weckt bei Lehrlingen die Begeisterung für Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien.

Die fachliche Betreuung des Lehrlingshackathons erfolgt durch das EdTech Unternehmen apprentigo.

Innovative Lehrlingsausbildung

Win-Win für Unternehmen und Lehrlinge.

Lehrlinge aller Branchen konnten beim Lehrlingshackathon mit oder ohne Vorkenntnisse zeigen, welches digitale Potenzial in ihnen steckt. Teilnehmen konnten Lehrlinge aller Lehrberufe zwischen 15 und 30 Jahren (mit aufrechtem Lehrverhältnis).

Ein Tag – eine App.

Beim Online-Lehrlingshackathon am 28. September 2022 programmierten sie in Teams und unter professioneller Anleitung eine Anwendungssoftware (App). Wahlweise für den eigenen Betrieb, für die Region Kärnten oder für weltweite digitale Lösungen.

Die erworbenen Fähigkeiten sorgten im Unternehmen für frischen digitalen Wind und konnten aufs Siegertreppchen des Bundeswettbewerb am WKO Coding Day im November 2022 führen.

Viele tolle Preis waren zu gewinnen! Die Teilnahme war für Unternehmen und Lehrlinge kostenlos (Digi-Scheck).

Damit das auch so bleibt, sind digitale Kompetenzen gefragt – und das in jedem Wirtschaftsbereich. Der Lehrlingshackathon bietet jungen Menschen die Chance, zu zeigen, was in ihnen steckt und kann sogar neue berufliche Perspektiven direkt in Kärnten eröffnen. Die Teilnahme am Lehrlingshackathon war eine tolle Erfahrung und hat mir gezeigt wie spannend es sein kann, Neues zu lernen und auszuprobieren. Das Gelernte kann in einem Zeitalter der Digitalisierung sinnvoll für die persönliche und berufliche Weiterentwicklung eingesetzt werden.

Die Technik und Weiterentwicklung ist eines meiner persönlichen Interessen. Durch meine Teilnahme am Lehrlingshackathon konnte ich mein Wissen in diesem Bereich erweitern und hatte zudem viel Spaß am Wettbewerb.

Wie melde ich mich an?

Ganz einfach: Buche einen Platz am Wirtschaftskammer Kärnten Lehrlingshackathon. Anschließend bekommst du eine Rechnung ausgestellt. Die Kosten werden zu 100% durch die DigiCheck Förderung mit einer direkten Abrechnung mit dem Anbieter apprentigo übernommen. Dafür musst du nur das beigefügte Formular ausfüllen.
