DIGITAL GESTALTEN IN DER LEHRE

Digitale Kompetenzen in der Lehre steigern nicht nur die Attraktivität der Lehrberufe, sondern sichern auch eine erfolgreiche Zukunft der Betriebe in allen Wirtschaftsbereichen vom Gewerbe und Handwerk bis hin zur Industrie und IKT-Branche. Aus diesem Grund hat die Wirtschaftskammer Niederösterreich in Zusammenarbeit mit dem EdTech Unternehmen apprentigo einen Lehrlingshackathon ins Leben gerufen, um die Begeisterung für die IKT-Kompetenzen und das Gestalten mit digitalen Tools bei den Lehrlingen aller Lehrberufe zu fördern.

Die Lehrlinge von heute sind die Fachkräfte von morgen! Gerade die Lehre ist und bleibt ein krisensicherer, zukunftssicherer und stets topaktueller Ausbildungsweg für die jungen Talente in Österreich.

Innovative Lehrlingsausbildung

Der apprentio Lehrlingshackathon ist ein innovatives Weiterbildungsformat zur Stärkung digitaler und sozialen Kompetenzen für Auszubildende.

Während diesem Event arbeiten die teilnehmenden Lehrlinge kollaborativ in Teams und entwickeln einen digitalen App-Prototypen für das Unternehmen, die Region oder die Welt. Am Ende wird der fertige Prototyp als Projekt über die Lehrlingshackathon-Plattform eingereicht. Die besten Projekte werden zur Teilnahme am Bundes-Lehrlingshackathons am WKO Coding Day im November 2023 eingeladen.

Die vor kurzem präsentierte „WKNÖ Fachkräftemangelerhebung“ hat uns neuerlich vor Augen geführt, dass die Unternehmerinnen und Unternehmen der NÖ Wirtschaft dringend gut ausgebildete Arbeits- und Fachkräfte benötigen. Überwiegend setzt man dabei auf Personen, die ihre berufliche Qualifikation im Rahmen einer Lehre erworben haben. Neben einer fachlich fundierten Ausbildung wünschen sich die UnternehmerInnen aber auch, dass die Arbeits- und Fachkräfte über IT-Kenntnisse verfügen. Der Lehrlingshackathon zeigt sehr schön auf, dass unsere angehenden Jungfachkräfte auch genau über dieses Know How verfügen. Bei diesem Bewerb müssen sie genau diese Kenntnisse unter Beweis stellen.

Wir laden daher herzlich zur Mitwirkung am Lehrlingshackathon ein, bieten den angehenden Fachkräften so die Chance, noch zukunftsfitter für den Arbeitsmarkt zu sein.

Ausbildung Elektrotechnik

Der Lehrlingshackathon war eine großartige Veranstaltung. Durch die gute Betreuung beim Bewerb, ist es möglich, auch mit wenigen digitalen Kenntnissen teilzunehmen. Zusätzlich zum Programmieren sind auch soziale Kompetenzen gefragt. Die Lehrlinge hatten viel Spaß und am Ende des Tages auch ein Erfolgserlebnis. Weiters ist es von Vorteil, dass Lehrlinge in verschieden Lehrberufen und Lehrjahren miteinander arbeiten können.

Der Lehrlingshackathon ist eine gute Möglichkeit für Lehrlinge, ihre digitalen Skills und Kreativität zu fördern. Ein weiterer wichtiger Punkt ist die Kollaboration und Kommunikation im Team, welche auch im täglichen Arbeitsleben eine große Rolle spielen. Durch diese Art von Events wird die Lehre in Österreich aufgewertet und junge Menschen können davon nur profitieren und ihren fachlichen sowie persönlichen Horizont erweitern.

Wir haben zum ersten Mal an der Veranstaltung Lehrlingshackathon teilgenommen und sind fasziniert vom digitalen Können und dem kreativen Spirit unserer jungen Mitarbeiter:innen. Ein sehr guter Wettbewerb, um die Lehrlinge vor den Vorhang zu holen. Für mich war es schön zu beobachten, wie unsere Lehrlinge an nur einem Arbeitstag, eine Lösung für ein Problem finden und völlig kreativ und mit innovativen Ideen an eine Aufgabe herangehen. Wir freuen uns sehr über den 2. Platz in der Kategorie Professionals Niederösterreich.

ÖBB Infrastruktur - Staatspreis Unternehmensqualität

Für uns war der Hackathon inklusive dem Coding Day eine positive Veranstaltung. Wir konnten uns von den digitalen Fähigkeiten unserer Lehrlinge selbst ein Bild machen, da sie unabhängig bewertet wurden. Wir waren überrascht über das hohe Level, das die Lehrlinge unter Beweis gestellt haben und freuen uns auf den Bundessieger 2022 in der Kategorie Professional.
