Viele Lehrlinge bringen heutzutage schon ein Verständnis für Technik und Digitalisierung mit, was auch gut für die Ausbildungsbetriebe ist. Der Lehrlings-Hackathon ist eine Möglichkeit, spielerisch das wichtige Feld von IT und Digitalisierung im Betrieb zu verstärken. Für die Sparte Information und Consulting (IC) ist die Unterstützung des Lehrlingshackathons eine Selbstverständlichkeit, da Digitalisierung und Innovation die DNA der Sparte IC und Ihrer Mitgliedsbetriebe darstellt. Es erfüllt mich mit Stolz, dass Salzburg AG Lehrlinge am Lehrlingshackathon und Coding Day erfolgreich teilnehmen. Es geht beim Wettbewerb um Teamarbeit, Kreativität und digitale Kompetenzen – Werkzeuge, die für zukünftige Aufgaben unabkömmlich sind!

Die Teilnehmer:innen werden beim Lehrlingshackathon stets kompetent begleitet, eine Teilnahme bereichert die Lehrausbildung im Betrieb. Am besten gefällt mir, dass Lehrlinge aller Berufe gleichermaßen teilnehmen können.
